To qualify for a refund, customers must contact our customer service team within three (3) days of the original transaction date. Requests submitted after this period will not be eligible for a refund.
Refunds will not be issued for the following types of transactions: Services that have been partially delivered. Services that have been fully completed. Transactions that are more than three (3) days old from the date of purchase.
Once your refund request is approved, please allow five (5) to seven (7) business days for processing. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been successfully processed.
If you are unsatisfied with the services provided, please contact our customer service team for resolution. If the issue cannot be resolved directly, you may choose to dispute the transaction with your financial institution.
